Marketing our product as a custom package, our standards are set by customer expectation and specification!  We try very hard to efficiently produce a product that can be marketed as safe, quality, fresh, Texas chicken.  The sales department is responsible for assuring profitability of all our products, while at the same time pleasing the customer.

We feel that it is our responsibility to offer our community the opportunity to purchase the best chicken in the nation right here in little old Nixon, Texas.

We offer a small selection of products to the public for order.   But due to the onset of our recent construction, we have had to minimize traffic around our facility. So, we found the most commonly requested products and cuts from the public and listed them for availability to you on a single scheduled day and time (Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.  The purchase size and weight is designed around the way we package our product for our bulk purchase customers, as they are our primary clientele base.  We apologize for any inconvenience on the size of minimum orders.
